This work showcases findings from a research programme focused on the needs of Aotearoa New Zealand's workforce in later life. This programme is funded by the MBIE Endeavor Fund 2017-2022.
Meet the team
The Better Work in Later Life programme of research has been conducted by a cross-disciplinary team of researchers with expertise and experience in longitudinal, qualitative, case study and Kaupapa Māori research, connections with business consultants, and Māori and Pacifika business networks. The project has been supported by a 2017 Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment Endeavor Fund Programme Grant.
